I enjoyed a seamless stay at the Novotel Providencia. Very pleasant and happy staff, cleanliness was impeccable and the rooms were fitted out superbly. Lighting was well thought out, bed was super comfortable with great pillow selection and the elevator smooth and fast.

It is an excellent location in a very safe neighborhood. My wife and I are retired and we felt very safe walking home at night from neighborhood bars and restaurants. It is a 5-7 minute walk from a metro line that takes you to all the main attractions. There are a variety of very good restaurants within a five minute walk of the hotel. The front desk staff (in particular Christina)were very helpful. I had an issue with my plane reservation and they were very helpful to rectify the problem. The hotel pool was heated properly. Highly recommended.

The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever had. The variety is impressive, the coffee is amazing (try the expresso machines, especially the vanilla cappuccino!), staff is kind and accommodating. Honestly the breakfast is well worth the price, especially since food is quite expensive in Chile; you won't find a better price for such an amazing breakfast. Apart from that, this hotel follows all Accor standards: great structure, great beds, great lighting, clean and comfortable overall. Staff is generally kind and attentive, apart from the room service (more on that on the next section). Props to the sauna and pool, accessible to all guests (sauna needs a reservation); a great relaxing option for the end of the day. The location is simply perfect, in the heart of Providencia, easy access to the subway (5min walk), to bars/restaurants in the region (10-15min walk) and to shopping options (Costanera Mall is a 10min walk as well). This hotel has everything going for it and I doubt you won't have a great experience staying here.

The breakfast was amazing. Had many choices to choose from and there was always a table available to sit at. The staff is friendly and most speak English. Couldn't of asked for a better location. It was walking distance to the shopping plaza. Short trip to Saint Cristobal and the Zoo. Great restaurants and cafes close by as well as a mini market around the corner.

Location is perfect, a 5-7 min walk from Sky Costanera Center. The area was very safe and lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby for food or snacks. A supermarket round the corner for cheaper source of essentials, water, etc. The hotel pool was superb.

The hotel location is very central and walking distance to restaurants and supermarket, great location! customer service was excellent from reception staff to housekeeping staff and restaurant staff, everyone seems content and happy to assist. Fernanda from reception was very helpful and welcoming, The room was comfortable and clean, the only thing I felt it was needed is having water in the room for travellers to purchase, after a long trip the last thing I wanted was having to go outside to buy a bottle of water.

The location was close to the metro. The room was spacious. The staff was amazing! They were kind and responsive. We speak English and they were patient with us. Two of the staff also spoke English. It was my birthday during our stay. They surprised me with a beautiful and delicious cake delivered to my room! The breakfast had several options to start your day.

Great business hotel in the business district. The area felt totally safe. I used the gym and breakfast was good. Wifi connection good. There is a supermarket right next door which is awesome. The 2nd biggest mall in South America is only 10 mins walk away.

Besides the superb location and the comfortable room, I’d aay that the friendly and super helpful staff is the most outstanding asset this great hotel in Providencia has.
